Who to call when assistance is needed with animals:

• Wildlife Animals 
  • Please contact PA Game Commission at 814-643-1831
• PA Dog Warden
  • Please contact the Franklin County Dog Warden, Georgia Martin at 717-762-9794
    • The Dog Warden is available Monday – Friday from 8AM – 4PM, except for government holidays
  • They handle dogs running at large, bite cases, rabies verification, and dog licensing

• Franklin County Animal Response Team (FCART)
  • FCART responds to animal emergencies related to larger animals, for example, livestock, multiple animals, or roadway accidents
  • If you need to activate the FCART, call 911
