OCCUPATION TAX INFORMATION FOR 2022
The WASD School Board approved a resolution to eliminate the Occupation Tax, effective July 1st of 2022. This was a tax based on an individual’s occupation title and mailed out every July. Effective July 1, 2022, taxpayers will no longer receive this bill.
However, taxpayers may receive a delinquent notice from our third-party vendor, J.P. Harris Associates LLC for prior years’ bill(s). The delinquent notice indicates that you have late occupation and or per capita tax bill(s) from previous years, for which the individual remains responsible. If you receive a delinquent notice from J.P. Harris Associates LLC, please contact the business at (717)-766-4357 for assistance or verification of the bill. https://www.wasd.k12.pa.us/article/746699
