How Do You Make a Referral?  ANYONE can call (717) 860-3081
We will gather information to determine if we are able to assist in meeting the needs of the patient
and their family, and schedule the visit(s).

We offer a variety of health care services within the home setting:

– Examples include: Assist with medication prep and/or administration, wound care, injections, diabetic monitoring, insulin syringe preparation and/or administration, monitor vital signs (pulse, blood pressure, etc.), treatments, assessments, and many others.
– Individualized Care We work with your doctor
– Services available Daily, Weekly, Monthly Occasionally
– Long and short term Nursing care and treatment available

Donations, however, are greatly appreciated to keep our program running.
