1. 18,153 SY +/- Double Application Bituminous Seal Coat using CRS-2P and #8 aggregate as per PennDOT publication 408, Section 470.
2. 18,153 SY +/- Polymer Modified Cationic Emulsion Fog Seal per PennDOT publication 408, Section 472.

Washington Township Supervisors are requesting bids for various equipment and labor by the hour to perform maintenance paving for the 2024 paving season. Sealed proposals will be received by the Washington Township Supervisors at 11798 Buchanan Trail East, Waynesboro, PA 17268, until 12:00 p.m. on Monday, May 20, 2024, for the following:

1. 8’ – 15’ Bituminous paver 50 hrs +/-
2. 10’ – 20’ Bituminous paver 50 hrs +/-
3. 3 – 5 Ton roller w/operator 100 hrs +/-
4. 10 Ton roller w/operator 100 hrs +/-
5. 4’ Milling Machine w/operator 50 hrs +/-
6. 2’ Milling Machine w/operator 50 hrs +/-
7. Power Broom 50 hrs +/-
8. Tri-Axle Dump Truck w/driver 400 hrs +/-
9. Road Widener w/operators 50 hrs +/-
10. 4 Man Paving Crew 100 hrs +/-
11. Additional Operator 50 hrs +/-
12. Additional Labor 100 hrs +/-
13. *Water Truck, incidental to other equipment

At the discretion of the Township Road Master, the successful Contractor may perform all work necessary for a project or assist Township crews. The Township Road Master will have complete discretion as to which items are necessary to be utilized for any given project. All Materials will be purchased by the Township and will be picked up from the 2024 successful Materials bidder.
