PROPOSED ORDINANCES: CONSERVATION BY DESIGN ZONING ORDINANCE
A draft copy of the Conservation by Design Zoning Ordinance has been presented to the board of Supervisors by the Township Planning Commission at their workshop meeting held on September 2nd, 2009. Text in red represents additions/revisions to the original draft and text to be removed is found in blue.

NEW ORDINANCES:
Ordinance No. 216 amends the Zoning Ordinance to include additional uses in the Forest Conservation District.
Ordinance No. 217 amends the fees established in the Township's Impact Fee Ordinance No. 186.
Ordinance No. 218 established a DROP retirement option for the police officers to allow working beyond twenty-five years service without loss of renumeration.
