PROPOSED ORDINANCES: CONSERVATION BY DESIGN ZONING ORDINANCE
A draft copy of the Conservation by Design Zoning Ordinance has been presented to the board of Supervisors by the Township Planning Commission at their workshop meeting held on September 2nd, 2009. Text in red represents additions/revisions to the original draft and text to be removed is found in blue.

NEW ORDINANCES:
Ordinance 226 was adopted on February 17, 2010, amending the zoning ordinance and code.
Ordinance 227 will be adopted on June 7, 2010, The next Supervisor's Meeting.
