Washington Township Conservation by Design
Proposed Changes to the Zoning Ordinance and the Subdivision and Land Development Ordinance were reviewed by the Washington Township Planning Commission and the Conservation Zoning Committee at a meeting on September 22, 2008. Click on the link below to view these proposed changes.

NEW ORDINANCES:

Ordinance No. 216 amends the Zoning Ordinance to include additional uses in the Forest Conservation District.

Ordinance No. 217 amends the fees established in the Township's Impact Fee Ordinance No. 186.

Ordinance No. 218 established a DROP retirement option for the police officers to allow working beyond twenty-five years service without loss of renumeration..
