Washington Township operates a refuse transfer station and a recycling center. The facility is located on Rt. 16 east of Rouzerville, and is a drop-off facility only.  Washington Township offers no curbside pick up of recyclables or trash at this time, with the exception of leaves.  To arrange for pickup of your bagged leaves call the Township office during regular business hours.
