Notice of Hearing

The Zoning Hearing Board of Washington Township, Franklin County, Pennsylvania, will meet on January 25, 2023 at 7:00 pm prevailing time at the Washington Township Municipal Building, 13013 Welty Road, Waynesboro, PA, for the following matter:

ZH22-006 – The application of Jonas Martin requesting a variance from Chapter 360-61(G)(4)(a), of the Washington Township Code.  The property is located at 14535 Wayne Highway: Applicant is requesting to construct a manure pit within the required setbacks on a property zoned Agricultural (A).

ZH22-007 – The application of Brian and Jamie Cornett requesting a variance from Chapter 360-14(D)(1)(a) of the Washington Township Code.  The property is located at 15270 Cider Press Road: Applicant is requesting to construct a 30×40 accessory building in front yard in an area zoned Agricultural (A).
